Zinc Labs is an innovation space powered by Zinc Collective that focuses on experimentation in pursuit of persistent Democratic majorities. We believe that modern power building stems from exceptional talent and innovative technology. Zinc Labs incubates and analyzes new solutions that help close gaps in the Democratic infrastructure. Through market research and execution, we pursue data-driven Pilot Programs and tech collaborations in support of our partners.
Zinc Collective helps deliver persistent Democratic majorities. We focus on running and funding programs that retain and recruit talent and address infrastructure gaps across Democratic politics. In addition to Zinc Labs, Zinc Collective operates two core organizations:
Blue Leadership Collaborative trains and retains diverse leaders who are capable of running culturally competent, winning campaigns.
DigiDems recruits, develops, and supports diverse, high-potential talent to address technology gaps on competitive Democratic campaigns.
